Setup includes

  • 3 interviews with your most experienced people, 60 minutes each
  • Up to 30 documents with 150 pages in total, plus 15 process pages
  • Roles and locked areas: everyone sees only what they should
  • 25 test questions we sign off together, and 2 team trainings

Care includes

  • New and changed documents added, every month
  • A monthly check: are the answers still right?

  • Setup: 50% at kickoff, 50% at acceptance, when your test questions are answered with sources.
  • Care: minimum 6 months, then month to month.
  • Claude seats are billed by Anthropic directly (Claude Team from $20 per user a month, billed annually). We don't resell them.

Questions

Do we need to know how to code?

No. Your team works in plain notes and asks questions in plain English. We handle the setup.

Where do our files live? Does the AI train on them?

Your notes live in a folder or private repository that you control. We set it up on Claude's Team or Enterprise plans, and under Anthropic's commercial terms your content is not used to train their models.

Where does my team ask its questions?

In a simple chat window, in the browser or on the phone. It works like ChatGPT, except it knows your company. No new system to learn.

Does it work with Google Drive and Slack?

Yes. We bring in what you already have: files from Google Drive or Dropbox, PDFs, email and chat exports. Your team keeps working where it works today and asks the Company Brain when it needs something.

How much work is it for my team?

Setup is on us. Afterwards one person reviews the AI's suggested changes. Each one is a short note with its source, so it's a quick yes or no. Everyone else just asks.

Which AI does it use?

Claude by Anthropic reads the notes and answers. The notes themselves are ordinary text files, so you are not tied to one tool.

Can the AI change things on its own?

No. It can suggest new notes and changes, but a person on your team approves each one before it counts.

What does it cost?

Setup is a fixed price from $4,500; our first 3 US clients pay $2,900. Care is $250 a month plus $10 per user, so $500 a month for a team of 25. No hourly billing. Claude seats are billed by Anthropic directly.

Can we start small?

Yes. Try the free starter kit first, at no cost. When you want it done for you, setup covers up to 3 areas, so you can begin with the one that matters most, like sales or customer service.
